iMortgage has cut its Fusion Lo Doc ProPack variable rates by 25 basis points to 5.14% (comparison rate 5.46%).

The offer is available for home loans with a loan to value ratio up to 60%.

Your Mortgage’s home loan calculator show the 0.25% reduction will save customers about $28 a month for a loan of $200,000 on a loan term of 20 years, compared to the previous rate.

For home loans with a loan to value ratio between 60%-80%, the Fusion Lo Doc ProPack variable rates has fallen from 5.59% to 5.34% (comparison rate 5.66%).
