Since 1995, Your Mortgage has been helping Australians make more informed financial decisions so they can find the right home or investment loan for them.

In 2021, the Savings Media Group acquired Your Mortgage from Key Media. Your Mortgage is one of a body of websites within the wider Savings Media Group, alongside Your Investment Property Magazine, Savings.com.au, and Performance Drive.

Savings Media Group is an associate of Firstmac, one of Australia’s largest non-bank lenders.

Being part of the Firstmac Group means that Your Mortgage has a number of ‘sister’ brands including the online lender, ‘Loans.com.au’. The separation of editorial and commercial interests in the context of the broader group is paramount for Your Mortgage. This means that it takes proactive steps to manage group commercial influence over the Your Mortgage operation.

In essence, Your Mortgage sister brands will be treated in the same manner as any other product provider looking to connect with the Your Mortgage audience. If the Your Mortgage editorial team judge that products from a sister brand do not meet the purpose test of helping Australians make more informed financial decisions about property then they will not be included in editorial content.

  • Amendment of the published content: The content in question is updated in accordance with the complaint. Articles that have been updated because of a complaint are to disclose the amendment via a discernible note at the end of the piece providing the relevant dates and context of the update.
