The Bank of Queensland (BoQW) has followed suit with the rate cut trend initiated by the Reserve Bank of Australia this month.

The BoQ has dropped its rates for its Standard Variable Home Loan, specifically for products Line of Credit Facility and Bridging Finance – from 6.46% to 6.21%, and 6.36% to 6.11%, respectively.

Its Low Doc Line of Credit also dropped from 7.61% to 7.36%.

BoQ’s First Start Home Loan sits at 4.76% with a reduced comparison rate of 5.82%, while the Clear Line Path Credit is at 4.82%.
