Heritage Bank on Monday lowered its interest rates for Discount Variable loans and Standard Variable loans and introduced a decline in its comparison rates as well.

Interest rates for Discount Variable loans were down to 4.39% from 4.69%. The Standard Variable loan rate, meanwhile, is down from 4.99% to 4.69%.

New comparison rates for the bank’s one-year to five-years fixed rates are below:
