The Home Cost Calculator provides an estimate of the total cost of buying a home and taking out a home loan. It determines both the upfront and ongoing costs associated with a mortgage and home ownership.

• The QLD property stamp duty quoted applies to owner-occupiers only - investment properties are subject to different rates. QLD owner-occupiers may also be eligible for concessions on the mortgage stamp duty rates quoted.
