I'm Brooke, and every week I sift through stacks of mortgage offers to highight a handful of standouts – maybe they've got competitive rates, low fees, or handy features.
This week I've got three attractive owner occupier home loans with low rates and great features.
Unloan's variable rate is available to homeowners with deposits or equity worth 20% of their property's value (potentially 10% for eligable purchasers) and offers a discount of 0.01% p.a. for each year a borrower holds their mortgage.
Community First Bank currently offers one of the lowest home loan rates out there to owner occupiers with LVRs of 80% or less willing to fix their rate for two or three years.
For homeowners with equity worth at least 30% of their property's value could take advantage of Horizon Bank's ultra-competitive variable interest rate, with the product also offering an offset account for an extra fee.
