Holiday Coast Credit Union (HCCU) is a 100% customer-owned Australian credit union that was formed in NSW. The credit union has won a number of awards, including Money Magazine’s Personal Lender of the Year Award several times.
It has 11 branches throughout NSW, namely: Coffs Harbour, Gloucester, Greenhills, Kempsey, Laurieton, Port Macquarie, Taree, Tea Gardens, Tuncurry, Wauchope (headquarters), and Wingham. Holiday Coast customers can contact the credit union through an online form on its website, via email or by phone on a general customer service line. Customers can also choose to visit a home loan specialist in person at one of the Holiday Coast branches throughout NSW or make an appointment with a mobile lender.
Holiday Coast offers a range of products and services, such as home and personal loans, savings accounts, insurance products, credit cards, financial planning and investment services. In terms of home loans, the credit union accepts small deposits and also offers flexible loan options and interest-only payment options.
To be able to enjoy these products and services for life, you will need to be a member of Holiday Coast. You can do so by purchasing one member share of $10 if you are 18 years of age or above, but if you are under 18, you will be required to pay $2 (as partial payment) with the balance of $8 payable when you turn 18. The credit union can help you switch if your accounts or credit cards are currently with another financial institution, as well as close your existing accounts when you authorise it to do so.

To be able to apply for a home loan with Holiday Coast Credit Union, you will need to provide certain documentation which includes:
- Proof of personal identification
- Details and type of employment
- Evidence of income, assets and earnings
- Details of current debts, loans and liabilities
- Personal insurance documents
Holiday Coast Credit Union allows customers to apply for a home loan by filling out an online application form. Homebuyers can also book an appointment with a mobile lender by email or phone, as well as visit a Holiday Coast lending specialist at one of the credit union’s branches.
