Suncorp, ING Direct and Heritage Bank adjust rates

Suncorp, ING Direct, and Heritage Bank have all made recent changes to their rates.

Heritage Bank’s Discount Variable Rate Special Rate now lies at 4.34% from 4.39%, with a new comparison rate of 4.36%. Repayments start at $1,914 per month.

Suncorp also changed its rates for its one-year fixed Home Package Plus 1 to 4.39%. This is applicable to loans with LVR 80% to 90% from $750,000 and up, $500,000 to $749,999, as well as for those with Fixed LVR >90% amounting to $750,000 and up. Suncorp’s starting repayments are at $1,924.

ING Direct made the most number of changes in its fixed rates. These are as follows:
