Woolloongabba is set to become one of the country's fastest growing suburbs according to Jonathan Rivera, research director from Colliers International. He explains in the latest issue of Your Mortgage magazine why he thinks Woolloongabba, located 2km from Brisbane CBD, will lead the charge in terms of capital growth.
